Medlife - Item missing

My order is Incomplete, one item is missing - Benadon **mg - * strips.

- Order got delivered on **th
- I opened the package on **th Night
- I see Benadon **mg is missing
- Called up your customer care "Megna Yagnasree" spoke to me and she is bluntly saying as per policy we cannot fo any thing now and she need to learn how to speak to customers.
- not sure why u cannot do anything when it is your mistake that you haven't delivered the item and not even informed?
- I requested to resend the item and I see respobe that I should raise issue within **hrs. My bad inopened package after * day and called them after **hrs.

I am not really into losing *** bucks. But customer service is pathetic. I feel medical service shouldnt be like this.
