Amazon .in - Item Missing

* computer components were ordered from Amazon India.
One of them was a graphics card. The seller messaged me to cancel the order due to "Incorrect pricing". I contacted Amazon and was asked to cancel. By the time I could cancel the item was already shipped.
The box arrived but I noticed the seal was not original. It was just a company logo printed from a printer and made into a sticker. And there was another golden seal saying "original, authentic..." which was obviously bought and not an original an original seal from INNO*D. I looked up what the original sticker looks like and it was different.
I contacted Amazon immediately and they asked me to open the package. There was "ghadi detergent" powder in it.
I raised this scam as a dispute and was given *th Feb as the date of resolution, but then on *th, they say I need to wait until **th Feb for a resolution.
I contacted my bank for a dispute as well.

I also contacted Amazon to return the rest of the computer components that were compatible with the graphics card but after *-* transfers a supervisor said they won't take the other items back if there Was nothing wrong with them.
So I am here with computer parts I cannot use without the graphics card and also paid for everything.
Amazon won't take any responsibility.

Also, my father bought a power supply for me from his account which they also won't allow a return on.

Rupees: *,**,*** was just the graphics card. The other components are about **,*** rupees.
