I ordered a Redmi K** order id OD ****************** on **.**.**** at **:** paying ***** wherein I got an instant discount of **** INR paying through ICICI BANK Credit Card. I registered for this sale (called alpha sale) by paying Rs *** to Flipkart. After ** hrs of placing my order, I got to know via email that the seller has cancelled my order due to limited stock. Moreover, the seller has approved my order only at **:** am on **.**.****. I registered my complaint with Flipkart customer executive with Incident: IN******************* demanding
*) I want an assurance that in the upcoming sale I will get the product.
*) In the upcoming sale of the product, I want the product at the same price at which I ordered earlier. Subsequently, Flipkart demanded some documents and I reverted them positively but they didn't resolve my issue. During my telephonic conversation (recordings available) they outright denied helping me.
My ***** rupees got stuck, a lot of mental stress and agony. And if I order again I have to pay those Rs. **** more as a discount on ICICI Credit card is no more applicable.
My question is if Flipkart had only limited units then why it kept on taking orders? Rather it would have shown out of stock!
I waited for so long and purchased Rs *** gift card from Flipkart to be eligible for this sale still couldn't get the desired product. Does Flipkart have any right to cancel any order after getting full payment at their whims and fancies?
