We had booked a ticket for Delhi to Mumbai on **th of September ****, vide PNR IVER*E, through Ease my trip..we were told to follow the link and via email for rescheduling our flights by cs rep and it would get done. The rescheduling was to be done for **th of September ****. Accordingly We opened the link went to the site and for **th September did the rescheduling. But later we were horrified to note that the rescheduling was not done for that date but for **th of October ****. Customer support team took more than half an hour but instead of offering any assistance told me that we had to pay *,*** plus *** more for our dates for which I agreed. Later We got a call from another cs rep stating we had to pay rs **, *** odd for the same. When pointed out that we were told to pay **** plus ***. He refused to hear and kept insisted that we pay the difference for which we did not agree. Lastly we were told that we had to pay ***** for which we said that an error from your side has taken place and we were handed the wrong dates. We request that we be granted the entire refund amount paid today **th September **** instead of deduction for any reason. Since the company link and the web page is erroneous.
