I am unable to get the required channels on Airtel DTH. I have made a complaint n number of times to call centre. They keep telling me to arrange a callback but nobody calls back. I call them regularly and every time they demand ** hours for the callback. Nothing is moving and there is no escalation matrix in place and neither the team leader comes on call to attend the issue.
My monthly subscription payments deducted every month without I being able to watch my channel. Completely helpless. I need a refund for my payment and compensation for the trauma. I am being put upon in this case.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
