- Issue of over billing Open
I was on an international roaming pack with * GB inbuilt data for * days and Rs */Mb after the inbuilt limit is exhausted. I fixed my mobile device data limit for making data to stop after *.* Gb data. I never ever reached * GB data, but Vodafone billed me for *.* GB data. When I questioned a system message came telling that billing is erroneous and they will reverse excess charges. I made the full payment but they never reversed charges.
