ISD pack *** not yet activated which was recharged on **/*/** as I was about to make an important call. Several complaints were made to customer care. They can't resolve the issue. I even requested to talk to their supervisor but when they transferred the call it was prompted that all of them were busy and I have to wait for ** min. I waited but still, no one answered. So I requested a callback. They didn't even bother to call back till now. I want to file a complaint against Jio regarding this issue as they keep on saying wait for ** hours.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
