Hathway Broadband Internet

I had registered a complaint on May * at **:**. I am using Hathway's mobile app saying that my internet is not working. Account no. **********. ** hours later, the problem has still not been resolved. I have called them repeatedly at least ** times and each time I get the same response "that it will be resolved in an hour" or "we'll arrange a callback." An entire day later, neither of those things have happened and I'm still here without internet, unable to work (I work from home).
Moreover, the call centre agents outrightly refuse to escalate the matter to their supervisors, which is appalling and shameless, to say the least. I have been frustrated and anxious for the last ** hours and don't know how to get a reprieve. This is absolutely awful and I will be suing Hathway for inflicting mental injury and for deficient services.
