I purchased new Daikin *.* ton inverter ac from the offline store. The installation process not done properly. At the time of purchase, Daikin told that they have given free installation. But they charge me. After installation because of the wrong installation of the product ac going under maintaining more than * to * times. They are very harassing me from providing services to the customer. I call many times to customer service support. But every time they provide me with a new contact person to handle the situation now I need to tell everyone that DAIKIN's aftersale is very disappointing. And please don't buy this company's products.
