Vfs Global Services Pvt Ltd - Intimation to Collect the Passport not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my Italy Visa wherein I submitted my passports and all the required documents in VFS Global Mumbai. Application number are as follows:

The passports were submitted by us on **th March ****. The passports were received back by VFS Global on **th April and till **rd May we were not informed about that also we came to know about it and we visited VFS global to enquire about it or else we don't even know when they would have gave us our passports back. We had already booked flight tickets, hotels and we had rented a car as well but since the travel date was coming near, me and my family were getting stressed that whether we will receive the passports on time or not. We cancelled our hotel bookings, car rentals and we almost cancelled our flight tickets as well. However, we visited Global VFS before cancelling the flight tickets and there we came to know about this blunder. Now since we have to fly on **th May and it's **th May already, we need to reinstate the hotel bookings and car rental booking which is way too high now since we are booking the same at the end moment. I want compensation from VFS global for all the monetary loss and the mental stress which me and my children's had to go through because of their irresponsible behavior and miscommunication.
