Vfs Global Services Pvt Ltd - VFS Global Organized Scam with every single service

Hi Team,
We have applied for Canadian visa and after approval Canadian embassy requested to submit our passport through VFS Global Services and it was clearly mentioned that VFS should not be charging any fee whatsoever while submitting the application. But I was faced with multiple ridiculous charges as listed below:
*. Package Transmission fee of *** per application. When I reserved appointment at Bangalore, I was not told of any of these charges while reserving it online. But I travelled all the way to Banglore and at the office door step they are asking me to pay for these extra charges. When asked about what it is, it was never properly communicated.
*. Courier fee of *** per application. This is a ridiculous price to deliver the passport only within Banglore. I was initially told I can give any other city address but then when it’s time to deliver, I got a call and was told to give only Banglore address. Feeling like got cheated at each and every step with VFS.
I don’t have a clue of where I can even submit the complaint against them. It’s totally ridiculous.
