i have been complaining about my internet speed from january **** since than i have constantly complaining about the speed to hathway and each time they promise that it is solved or will be solved in * days. I even filed a grievance on consumerhelpline.gov.in/ even that didn't helped
for *-* month i kept on complaining finally gave up when hathway operator told me that jio has take over hathway there will be problem with the server it wont be solved soon so you have to deal with it
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
