Reliance Communications - Internet Services disrupted for last 20 days.

My internet services are down for last ** days. Despite several calls/complaint at customer care. No one is taking thing seriously. Local Reliance people are not taking my calls and Customer care only offers hope that it will be sorted out at the earliest.
