I have paid for ***mbps to Excitel. But they are not giving even ***KBPS. I have raised my concern to them on **th July but I haven't got any resolution yet and even worse they keep closing the ticket with no reason. I called them multiple times but they keep saying the same thing that it will be solved in ** hours. But not even a single person has contacted me in this regard.
