We are literally frustrated with Hathway connection. We filed more than ten complaints about the internet issue but till now we did not find any permanent solution for it. Now we are thinking "Hathway is a total waste of time and money".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
