Hathway Broadband Services - Hathway Cable Datacom failure in fixing internet connection repeatedly for over 10 months

I never believed that I would have such a hard time dealing with Hathway Broadband. I live in Indirapuram and my service ID is **********. I have been repeatedly complaining about disconnection of my internet and slow speed for over * year now. Since the beginning, the high speed connection I took has failed to deliver what was promised. I don't live in a remote location where it is difficult for signal emission. I live in urban area where the reach ability is excellent. But Hathway has not heard me for once. I have requested them, begged them and asked them to please fix the issue but they would only say it is fixed at their end and would close the complaint thread. I am surprised, even after paying almost INR **, *** to them, I have nothing in my hand. They decide to conclude the problem is solved without taking a feedback from the consumer. I would really want to take this ahead to the court and file a legal case against them for conning people like us. I have records of all the necessary raised complaints on their portal and nothing was done about it.
