On **th Aug, I had recharged with *** Rs plan from my Airtel app. In my best offers, it was given *.* GB data per day for ** days. I recharged it. But I am receiving only *GB per day. I called customer care they told me that the offer of *.* GB/day was from * pm onwards and I had recharged in the morning. So you have got only *gb data. However, when I recharged there no time was given in my Airtel app. It was clearly mentioned in my best offer *.* GB/day. Now they are not giving me my full benefit of *.* GB/day.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
