Vedantu com - Interest charged on promised interest free EMI

I had enrolled my daughter with Vedantu superreaders course. During the time of enrolment, I was informed that there is an interest free EMI option as well. The same was also displayed on vedantu website. I opted for the interest free EMI option. After few days, i received an SMS from SBI card that the EMI option has been approved at **% interest rate. SInce then i am following up continuously with Vedantu however no solution has been provided yet. I have been charged interest in three consecutive billing cycle of the credit card. I have written email to vedantu twice seeking the resolution in this matter however, no reply of resolution has been provided yet. It is a big cheating with a customer that they are promising something and not fulfiling the same.
