ZestMoney - interest cashback is not refunded by ZestMoney

I am writing to address an ongoing issue regarding the cashback on my EMI payments.
On March **, ****, I made an advance payment for the EMI due on April *, ****. However, I did not receive the expected cashback of ***.
Similarly, on May **, ****, I made an advance payment for the EMI due on May *, ****, but I did not receive the expected cashback of ***.
I have raised multiple complaints regarding this matter, and each time, ZestMoney customer care executives assured me that the issue would be resolved promptly and the cashback would be credited. However, it has been more than * months since I first reported the problem, and I am still awaiting the cashback.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a swift resolution.
