Air Asia - Intentional mishandling of baggage

Staff of air asia has repeated been ignoring direct request to secure bagages and close the overhead luggage compartments. As a result some of the bags fell down and we're damaged. When I questioned them regarding the same they claimed I was being rude and threatened to restrain me.
