One assist - Insurance not claimable

I had bought a redmi note * mobile. With that i had taken an mi protection. Which is ome assist. I applied my claim of insurance for one assist. After taking my claim they rejected it saying that the it was not reported within **hours. I checked online. And found that it was a fraud company. It was making money by giving insurance for *** rs. And most people were opting for it. But one assist has not maintained good will and has cheated the insured by rejecting the claims by giving frivolous statements. I feel cheated. So do others. This is a public interst litigation.
