- Insurance fraud and scam by One Assist ^Closed

Hello,
I bought a Godrej split AC from Sahu Agencies near bhootnath metro station, Lucknow. Along with that AC Sahu agencies sold me an additional three year warranty naming as Sahu care,
my brand warranty got expired few days back and when I asked godrej they told me this is a third party package and I have to deal with Sahu agencies regarding it, I called on sahu agencies customer support and not a single called got picked up, it looked like a false front with no operator to me, I called them multiple time in several days and when I got fed up I went to their showroom where they directed me towards one assist app, I raised a service request three days back, since then I am figuring out their serive scam and fraudulent behavior and lying people.
they scheduled my AC service three days back and provided me with a number of AC service executive, he did not pick any of my calls and same day in evening I have received a call from one assist saying that due to unavailibity of manpower they did not send any body and will send someone tomorrow that is yesterday, yesterday nobody came as usual, I tried calling on their customer support, it took me at least ** calls to get a conversation with their executive, he promised me to get it done today, today as usual they provided me with a slot of *pm -*pm, and provided with a AC executive number, when I called him for the first time, he said he will get back to me and after that he did not pick any of my calls, I can assure you the person I talked to was some call centre or sales guy, he was not an AC service guy, one assist fake these call centre guys as their serive staff but I don't think they even have any service staff on ground, I tried their customer support after so much hassle a guy told me they will resolve it today only, and after *pm they updated the staus on app mentioning that i was not available on the location and they have scheduled it for tomorrow, they are making fool of their customers, this is a total mockery of a service business, my AC is not working properly in this temperature, I am facing so much of problems because of them even after paying them a year in advance. I want to take strict action against them and Sahu Agencies Lucknow as they sold that plan as Sahu care.
