I have purchased Health insurance policy from LIC of India . But its not supporting me at the time of claim . the company saying below statement.
" Plan is *** , JEEVAN AROGYA. Jeevan Arogya policy is a fixed benefit Policy and selected benefits under the Policy will be paid on Hospitalization as per Policy Conditions and Privileges irrespective of actual expenditure incurred. It is not a reimbursement type of Policy".
But in real check , go through the Google search published statement as below.
"" Summary of LIC Jeevan Arogya Plan - Table No. ***. LIC Jeevan Arogya is a non-linked Health InsurancePolicy which helps individuals to cope up with the rising medical costs. ... It is a comprehensive health insurance policy for the entire family. In this plan, you get paid an amount irrespective of the treatment costs."
for single same policy both statements are different and which one is correct I don't know and I am loosing claim amount Rs ***** out of Rs ***** and they have deposited in my bank account just Rs ****/-.
At the time of selling agent said that , this policy will cover all the hospital expenditures as per Google search statement and they have given brochure for the same attaching here .
Kindly review the policy and online published statements and take corrective action plan on LIC of India.
We will purchase the policy with lot of hopes and finally their statement is different . It's completely wrong practice from LIC team.
I need Justification release the full amount and compensation for this issue.
