I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product quality of LG Dual Inverter Split AC Mode No. LSNQ **KNZA and Sr No GW****NAM******II. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty products by LG India. I have purchased this Split AC **th March **** and after ** days Split Ac is not working. That is to understand how poor quality product LG India is manufacturing, that it creates problems just after ** days of purchase. Such a poor quality of LG Split AC.
When I am starting Split AC extremely continuous noise is coming from the Outdoor Unit of Split AC until I switch off Split AC. In addition I would like to inform you that within ** months warranty period THREE TIMES Outdoor Unit PCB was already changed.
I have lodged a complaint on LG care and LG Service Centre Vadodara Gujarat India for Split AC is not working properly but till date my compliant problem is not solved. In addition Krishna Services Authorised Service Partner and LG Service Centre Vadodara informed me that Outdoor Unit Noise is the general problem in LG Split AC and they have closed my complaint without informing me.
I have already explained all the problems and family conditions to the local LG Vadodara centre but they are not taking this problem.
Now here the question arises: what is the product quality and durability of LG Split AC that its copper cooling is not working just after ** days of purchase. How can we trust such a big brand for such poor quality?
This is really disappointing and makes a bad image of LG products. I want replacement of this product else I will have to knock to the consumer forum for such a bad product quality and services.
