Flipkart. com - inefficient product delivered

I bought a mitashi ac from flipkart (order no- OD******************). It is making a lot of noise like a cooler and not cooling as well. I raised complaint in this regard to flipkart in resolution of which they are giving me replacement. I am asking for an exchange. As both these defective features are unexpected from any AC and came into picture only after installation.
Also, they are charging me extra for uninstallation.
I want exchange of the brand for which I am ready to pay the difference in money amount.
The Flipkart is not at all ready for this remedy.
As both of these unexpected and false functionary of the AC can not be satisfied with the replacement of the piece thus, exchange is the only remedy.
I bought this product in trust of Flipkart and not at all expected of such a bad performance of a large appliance.
Flipkart is silent of such unseen complaints arise after installation and, they are arbitrarily applying their resolution over this matter.
