I have ordered for submersible pump (worth **** + *** delivery charge) product on **.**.**** and they are supposed to dispatch by **.**.**** which they did not do. So I cancelled order on **.**.****. And today is **.**.**** and so far I have not received any refund. When I checked with them, they need another *-* days to solve this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
