Industrybuying - No refund

I have ordered a product from industrybuying and received a damaged product so I initiated a refund as it was refundable. After returning the product I didn't not get any status of my refund. It's been about ** days and still I didn't get my refund despite talking to the customer care frequently. I have send multiple emails and the only reply I got was that the product which I returned did not reach the warehouse. I am quite confused here, when I ordered the product, the product was delivered within * days so how is it that the product did not get to them.
Compared to other shopping site, 'industry buying' is cheating the customers and this should be checked upon to save the customers.
