Hi ,
i am using my indus credit card since * years, i have lost my previous card and asked indus to give me replacement card,but my amount on old card was **,*** .(over due amount card limit was **,***)
i have paid entore amount of **,*** and asked for replacement card and they sent me the new card,but in cibil score they have not updated my old card details actually my old card is closed but the same is not updated in cibil because of that my cibil score is hapmered .
i ahev written many emails and calls but there is no responce from their end .kindly help me .
