IndusInd Bank - Harassment on Annual Charge on a blocked card

I have been mantally tortured for a year. **** when the Indusind bank sent me statement for annual charges, I decided to call off my card because I didn't think that card was beneficial for me. I opted to degrade my credit card for a lower amount of annual fee, but they said its not possible. I have to cancel my card and then only I won't be liable to pay the annual charges. I went ahead and got my card canceled for which I even got a mgs that my card has been canceled. Yet after that I have been getting messages for annual charges. So many times I contacted the bank telling, I have not misused the credit assigned to me, its the annual charges which now in this pandemic I don't feel liable to pay as am not earning money and the card has no benefits on it. I feel paying ****/- without any additional benefits is waste for me. As all my other credit cards with very good facilities are charging just ***/- annual charges compared to this card.

I took this card in ****, I paid the annual charges, I paid annual charges in **** as I used the credit assigned to me, **** I paid annual charges, **** I paid annual charges but in **** I didn't wish to continue because even the discounted coupon for Jet Airways which they would give was called off. I didn't think liable to pay ****/- just for annual charges and I discounted my card.

I have not misused with any credit assigned to me. I have never done late payment default, I am one of the finest customer a bank or a credit card department can have.

But still these people are torturing me and now blackmailing me they will file a complaint against me.

I canceled my card, I got a mail and sms from them that my card is blocked in June/July **** as per my request then why is torture. I have explained them the entire thing, they say they will get back but they don't get back only and recovery people keep calling and blackmailing to spoil my cbil score.

Wherein in the cbil profile of mine, the card which indusind bank is claiming to be active is closed.

My entire reputation in banking and credit field these people are spoiling, they tarnishing my image, I feel like committing suicide the way the torture me.

I want to take serious action against them for this mental torture and bringing me to a point wherein I can harm my self due to the disrespect they trying to prove against me.

RBI can check my records, I am a clean and one of the finest banker with no late payments and no default ever done in my entire banking history.

Please help me fight a case against them for tarnishing my imagine and blackmail me by saying they will spoil my image in cbil industry.

Please please help me I need help.
