Happy Easy Go - Individual ticket booked as group ticket rescheduled to later date

I booked a round trip ticket through HappyEasyGo on **/**/****. I received ticket through mail (attached with this mail also for ready reference) on the same day with following details -
Flight – SG-***
Departure – Kolkata (**:**)
Arrival – Delhi (**:**)
Traveler – Parikshit Verma
PNR – *****
(Strangely PNR is not matching with the details available on HappyEasyGo portal)
When I arrived at Kolkata airport on **/**/**** (**:**) and tried to do check-in on Spicejet counter I was told that my booking is for **/**/**** and not for **/**/****. When I showed them the printout of ticket and after much argument they told me that my ticket has been rescheduled to **/**/**** on **/**/****. I was told that same has been done on my request, however I didn’t request for any rescheduling. On investigating further, it was informed that this is a group ticket and not an individual ticket and I need to talk to the agent who booked the ticket. Then I called your HappyEasyGo helpline number where I was told that even though I booked ticket only for myself yet group ticket was booked & it’s a regular practice, shocking as it was, the representative told me that I can go next day and that HappyEasyGo can’t do anything in this matter. This is utterly disgusting and insensitive , also shows their indifference to the inconvenience caused to customer.

All these things took more than an hour and now only one hour was left for flight departure. I was informed by Spicejet officials that after half an hour more, any kind of rescheduling or booking would not be possible. As the time was slipping out I again called HappyEasyGo and explained everything in detail and also told the representative that I am short on time but after ** minutes of phone call I was informed that the issue has been escalated and it may take **min. more for any kind of response.

Clearly I didn’t have that luxury of time and I was forced to reschedule the flight to **/**/**** which costed me additional ****.** INR. It has been more than * weeks to this issue but I have not received any response from their side which in itself is quite deplorable.

As per available facts it can be inferred that all this happened because my ticked was booked as group ticket with some unknown persons who might have rescheduled their flight resulting in my flight also being rescheduled. I request you to kindly provide me the due compensation for the cost and inconvenience I have been caused due to fault of HappyEasyGo.
