I had booked a flight (PNR: GWTKRH) from Chandigarh (IXC) to Hyderabad (HYD) on July *, **** at **:**.
On June **, IndiGo cancelled this flight and sent a link to choose another flight. I chose a connecting flight IXC-DEL/DEL-HYD on July *, **** at **:**, for which I received a revised confirmed ticket via email (also attached herewith).
But then, unexpectedly, on June **, IndiGo sent a mail at **:** saying that your flight against PNR: GWTRKH is scheduled on the June ** itself at **:** from IXC to HYD.

Faults from IndiGo in this incidence:

*. IndiGo changed the flight without confirmation from passenger.

*. IndiGo intimated about the changed flight in just shy of * hours before the departure of flight.
It was impossible to make the flight and caused a lot of problems to senior citizens who were supposed to reach Hyderabad for medical emergency the next day.

Actions demanded from IndiGo:

IndiGo should refund the flight amount (INR **,***) and additionally compensate for the inconvenience caused to senior citizens.
