FURLENCO - Incorrectly charging

I have rented a furniture from Furlenco in dec and where the validity was there till **th march. Before the end of rental agreement I had contacted multiple time their customer service who advised me that they will collect the furniture. Due to their system migration they have delayed picking up furniture and later in may they have collected the furniture back. Currently they are asking to me pay the charges of ****rs . Which I feel is not correct
