Ananya Chatterjee filed complaint against Hathway Broadband Internet on Mar 19, 2020
Hathway sent me a legal notice saying they will take action against me for not returning their modem. I had surrendered the service a year back. In this past year, I have had at least two telephonic conversations wherein I have requested them to collect the modem. They did not follow up because the new place I have rented is probably in a location not convenient for them. What do they expect? I will set a tent near my previously rented apartment and wait for them to show up. I feel their incompetency is causing me a great deal of harassment. They should follow up and collect their junk. It is only causing me a lot of headache and eating up much-needed space at my place.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
