I bought a king size Cot from Flipkart and a dining table from Amazon worth ***** which were both received defective. I placed a return request and flipkart picked the wrong product. The courier pick up professional did not even verify the product that they came for pick up and nor did I receive any confirmation.
I placed a complaint with flipkart to return my product which was incorrectly picked up by them so that I can fulfil my return request with amazon.
They refused to return my product which was picked incorrectly by them because I received refund for the cot.
I am at a loss of ***** because flipkart is not returning my product which was picked incorrectly by them. I need my product back or compensate for my loss
