On **th June ****, I had ordered a Seiko chronograph analogue watch with an order id OD****************** from Flipkart which got packed and shipped by **th June and delivered by **nd June. But to my shock when I opened the box it was a Timex helix watch. Then I immediately contacted the Flipkart customer care to raise a complaint. They also told me to replace was not available so they filling a refund from my behalf and this problem will be getting resolve soon. Then I got an email from Flipkart asking for the consent of a fir against the seller which I gave them. But after that, I received a mail after a couple of days saying that they didn't receive any consent to the return request has been cancelled. I was so shocked I instantly rang the Flipkart again so that they could help out of this mess. But I was told again the same thing they would file a return request from my end and again have to wait for a couple of days but next day only I received a mail saying return request cancelled. This same thing continued for * more times and this time I was like pissed of to the core. I took the help of social media. I posted my stuff on facebook and twitter on **th June. Then their social media guys replied by saying your problems will be resolved soon and I got a mail saying they looking into the matter and I would get a call back next between * am to * pm. So the next day I waited for them to call me, but I didn't receive any call from them. Then * days later I call the customer care again and I didn't want to talk customer executive and I insisted to talk to a senior on their floor for which they kept my phone on hold for ** minutes but I was adamant that I need to talk to them today only. However, after some time some Mr Subham (this guy was total rude while talking) took over the phone, he heard the problem and said they are looking into. It will come up with a solution within * days and handed me with a ticket no. In*******************. Then the same evening I got a call from their social media team Mr Pawan he also told the same thing and gave me a ticket number in******************* and assured me that I will be getting back my money. Now I was going real impatient as I was not receiving any kind of details to my problems. Then again a couple of days later I received a call from social media team again just to hear that they will call me tomorrow again as they are still looking into the matter. Then later that I received series of mail from Flipkart one saying your problem will be solved in *days & another email just shocked me up which stated your account has been terminated as their high number of a return request in my purchase history. I immediately rung them up said what happened to me they just respond to the email saying your problem and your account will be activated. So I replied to the email saying what happened and waited for my account to activated. Which clearly didn't happen. So I rung them up again saying the problem I am facing. That same day evening I got an email from them saying the exact same thing on why it got deactivated. I didn't hear from them more after this. Now I am fed up and frustrated and don't know what to do and where to go for justice. I hope you guys can help me out from and can help me recover my money.
