Surabhi Jhunjhunwala filed complaint against Myntra on Nov 4, 2020
I placed an order on **th Oct, **** for three items from Brand "Mango" from Myntra - Black Loafer (Rs. ****), Magenta Solid Pullover (Rs. ****), Black Top with Lace (Rs. ****).
On **th Oct, ****, i received a small package from Myntra with a text msg saying "* items" delivered. When I opened the package - it had a jeans from "Faballey" - just * item, that too something I never ordered. I immediately requested a call on Myntra App. When I got the call, I explained the issue. They raised * separate tickets - * wrong item received for Magenta Solid Pullover (Rs. ****), * missing items (Black Loafer - Rs. ****, Black Top with Lace Rs. ****).
On *nd Nov, * missing items ticket was closed saying the product was dispatched from Myntra's warehouse and delivered to me. When in fact, I never got the item!!
If these were low value products, I would have left it then and there. But since my loss amounts to Rs. **** I need to fight back.
I am repeatedly calling them and reopening the tickets but they are closing it again and again.
Please help me get a refund of the undelivered items or deliver the undelivered items.
