On **th March ****, I made a purchase of a Sony walkman hi-res player worth INR **,***. Later on **th April, **** got delivered to me via bluedart. It was a tamper seal pack with a headphone zone seal box. When I opened the tamper package I saw the box. For safety, I made a video on unboxing however It was my worst nightmare where different branded hi-res players were delivered to me. I was literally shocked. I raised a complaint immediately to headphone zone on incorrect product delivery. Later on very next day on **th April, they rejected my claim stating that correct product was sent it to me and also they shared their packaging video,
They simply rejected my claim as i did not record with a tamper package however I shared every image with an unboxing video.
I have been fighting with me for more than * month on this and they don't bother to call me back. Only replying to my email and rejecting my claim.
Kindly help me as I am bearing monthly emi of the product which I have not received. I can't bear such a loss.
