I was given an estimate of Rs **** but I have ended up paying Rs **** and my vehicle was with the service station people for ** days.
I lodged a complaint with the ASM (Area Sales Manager), customer support team and whoever I reached out to but there was no response from them for the first ** days. On the **th day these people called me and asked me to pay for the parking charges as the vehicle is with them. I advised them that i am waiting for you guys to help me with my issue.
The worst thing is that my bike was with them and hence I had to use private transport to travel which cost me around Rs **** for ** days when I was without a vehicle.
Please help.
