OLA India - Incorrect cancellation fee for multiple times

Hi,
I want to complain regarding the harrowing experience that I had with OLA today on **/**. I had booked a cab with OLA and the cab driver declined not only once but multiple times. I have shared a screenshot below to confirm how many times they have declined to take pay from OLA money. And for each and every cancellation, I had to bear the brunt of the cancellation fee multiple times. When I book the cab, they come to the location and ask whether it is OLA money or cash and they decline it when I say OLA money. I want to know if this mode of payment is not accepted then why have they started this mode of payment. I am new to the city and I do not know how to reach my destination so I have already paid using OLA money. And also I am getting the cancellation fee because the driver has cancelled the trip and i am not at fault here because he is not ready to accept OLA money.
At once, same-day on **/** I had an incident when the OLA driver, though he didn't reach my destination but he send me a beep from OLA stating that the driver has reached my location but as per the Map he is at a different location. I tried calling him because there is a timer if you do not board the cab within a certain period, The ride will get cancelled, The main reason for him sending this beep was because he doesn't want to pick me up. And as a reason, the cab got cancelled and the cancellation charge was charged to me.
I have complained to OLA multiple times but there is no response.
There is another incident, which happened to me one day when I had booked a cab with OLA and the OLA driver asked me for KYC, which are documents such as Adhaar card or some govt ID proof. I told him I do not have it and he cancelled the cab stating that he cannot go forward and the cancellation fee that I received for this was half of the ride which was close to ** for moving *.* Km and it is the ride which the driver cancelled. I had to face the brunt of these charges. Why the cancellation fees are charged when the driver cancels your ride.
I would like an explanation from OLA India, I have faced these cancellation charges earlier as well but there was no response from OLA India and as a result, I would like to take it forward from here.
