- Incorrect Amount Refunded for Flight Cancellation Open

I had booked an Air Asia flight from HEG ( Happy easy Go) on *rd July. The flight was for **th July. I paid **** for this booking. On the same day, Air Asia cancelled my booking with full refund. Now according to HEG policy they deduct *** rs. convenience fees, so should have refunded me **** back.
But on **th july I received a refund of only ***rs. I have raised a dispute on this at Happy easy go several times and every-time they keep saying that they are checking with Air Asia for this request. I spoke with Air asia customer team and they happily shared me the refund acknowledgment the very next day and denied any communication from Happy easy go.
Since Then I have shared the refund acknowledgment with HEG but all they do is say that they are awaiting transaction ID.
Please help me get my money back from these cheats.
