Pathetic service
I got my car’s breaks repaired initially which I liked hence I opted for a standard service with them. My assigned service buddy informed that I need to get my wheel cylinders replaced which I have them replaced and paid. They took challenge of a month it’s not even ** days now the handbreak of my car stopped working with other issues. To a surprise the customer service people do not even bother to have a call back done instead keeping myself in circles. First service with them is absolutely good. But they don’t know how to sustain. I am waiting for over ** hours no pickup done from them, no proper response from customer service, escalation team. I need my money back as they failed to give service even after charging.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
