Hi booked my Skoda yeti service yesterday and reached authorised centre after basic inspection for a coolant leakage complaint the technician suggested changing ECT and fit some other observations to change diesel pipe. Agreed for quotation and waited for * hours. Finally spares arrived in open form without packaging or other components. Didn’t look original on taking convened the CR didn’t respond. The technician assembled the spares which didn’t solve the issue. Somehow the managed to put it together and after payment got car at midnight **:** just travel *** meters and diesel oozing out and car broke down. The duplicate spares used were not compatible and didn’t withstand the pressure. Again the old spare was stumbled and car was poured with some water to dissipate diesel and handover at ** pm. Somehow reached home. With this dangerous encounter at service centre no one from escalation team called responded to message neither helped me. I would like to file a complaint
