Buying any electronic product from Flipkart is a bib sham. Flipkart has a tie up with Jeeves Consumer Services for installation of all their electronic products, just to earn a mark up in installation cost.
I am highly frustrated with the pathetic response and service from your partner Jeeves for my Lloyd Ac installation.
Firstly the installation was improper that he AC broke down within one month of purchase. Then one has to circus from one call center of Flipkart to Lloyds to Jeeves to get the service, who are clueless about their deliverables.
The local representative of Jeeves has troubled me the most, he keeps rescheduling the my call. Local Jeeves's representative puts his number as the technicians and reschedules the call at his own will. While specifically telling him about the problem of gas leakage. He did not send the gas with technician and the technician returned with the gas after four days to do a shoddy job that the AC is still not working properly. I guess he is not only an irresponsible person but highly incompetent that the could not fix the problem twice.
As a consumer, I am suffering at your hands. My problem is not sorted, even after more than twenty days.
I have no response from both Flipkart or Jeeves.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
