Royal Club International - Inappropriate commitment and fraud

I am looking for your help on below matter.
I received a coupon from Royal Club on a petrol pump in Gurgaon for any lucky draw and after receiving that coupon I received a call from Royal club that my name has been selected in a lucky draw. I have * gifts which I need to collect from Hilton doubletree hotel at sec ** Gurgaon. I went to that hotel on **th April’** along with my wife and my *.* yrs old son as this was mandatory to bring them along.
I met with Sandeep and Gourav Gupta (Branch manager) there and they explained about a plan of Royal Club Membership. They offered me membership of ****** for * years where they provide hotel facility while travelling. They asked me to give one answer (Yes or No) and straightly denied to accept this membership.
They tried a lot so that we accept this however I again denied because I was not sure to accept this plan without talking to my parents. I told them that let me discuss with my father then I will get back to you if he agrees and Sandeep said to me that this offer is for today only and we will not give all these benefits once you leave from here. I was not sure to accept that membership without discussing it with my father. Suddenly, Gourav Gupta told me that I can take this plan now and discuss with my father if he denies then they will cancel my membership and I will get my refund back within * working days.
I asked Gaurav that is this possible or you would deny later on about the cancellation. Gaurav ensured me and my wife that we will surely get a refund on cancellation. They asked me to sign a form and swiped my credit card with ***,*** Rs.
On the next day, when I talked to Gaurav and Sandeep about the cancellation as my parents were not in agreement then Gaurav didn’t respond well and didn’t process it for my refund. I talked to customer care and the representative told me that it is a non-refundable membership and I would not get any refund in a circumstances. Then I went to the Hilton hotel again and talked to Gaurav and Sandeep personally. They again ensured that I don’t need to talk to the customer care and there are exceptions and I would get my refund back soon.
I took this plan on **th April and the VIBEs coupon was already expired on **th April’**. They gave me an expired coupon. I dropped an email to customer care and they finally told me that they have processed my cancellation however I would get only ***** Rs back because they would apply **% GST and *% swap charges on the money. I asked them why I would have to pay this amount for GST when I didn’t take any service? Also, why your representative didn’t explain to me about this deduction of GST and Swipe charges? **K is a huge amount I can’t waste it like this.
The customer care representative showed it like they are helping me on the cancellation that is good for me or if I would go with legal then I would have to bear a loss as they would cancel all my refund process and they mocked.
I was never informed about the GST deduction on a cancellation otherwise, I could have never paid for the membership.
Finally, they provided me with a postdated check for **th July’** and the amount was **K only. I talked to Vipin Suri (Head of the department) about my remaining **K amount and he told me that when they will get the GST refund from government then they will provide the same however they have not given me any deadline for the same and they are telling me that it would take up to one year for the refund and maybe not.
I am mentally tortured badly as I am not getting any satisfactory answer from anywhere. Sometimes, I feel some negative thoughts on this loss. I am begging you to help me with this. I am not sure if I would get my GST refund amount or not.
I would require your help for a solution if I would get the refund of GST amount?
I have all the snapshots of chats with Sandeep and Gourav Gupta where they ensure for my refund. I have all the recordings on my phone while talking to Gaurav and Sandeep about my refund.
