Background:
I have been struggling with this for the last about a month. The brief facts are as under:
This connection was taken by my wife Reetu Sharma in the month of April ****. The plan offered ***GBPS for one year at Rs. *****. Three mesh routers of Linksys were provided alongwith the connection which were part of the offer and will continue to be owned by the subscriber. The connection, at a later date, was transferred in my name. Please refer attached email correspondence.
On completion of one year i.e. on *th April ****, I called @*** for change in plan from *** to ***MBPS and I was told to call after one month as your records were not showing any details. I again called towards the end of the month with the same request, but nothing happened.
On *th May I received an invoice for Rs. **,***.** which describes the charges as under:
Yearly Scheme Charges DSL (ARP-ARP) @ ***** **/**/**** to **/**/**** *****.**
Scheme Charges @ **** **/**/**** to **/**/**** ***.*
GST ****.**
Total *****.**
I raised a complaint no. *********** on *th May for the above erratic billing, which was to be resolved by *th May. As no resolution was done, trailing email was sent on *th May ****. Even after three days, I haven’t heard anything back from you. I also call the helpline at ***, however they told me that the bill will have to be paid.
Grievance:
*. The bill includes Rs. ***** plus GST on the same. This is neither the plan I asked for nor was told to me. This amount needs to be deleted completely.
*. The complaint no. *********** raised on *th May **** was to be resolved by *th May **** and till date there is no resolution. There is also no response to the mails sent earlier on this.
*. They are constantly sending reminders for payment of this disputed amount.
*. Causing mental harassment and agony.
*. There is no communication to several reminders except a seemingly automated response that the issue would be resolved in **-** hours, yet there is no resolution.
Request:
The whole process has been constantly causing mental harassment and wasting lot of time, hence I would request you as under:
*. The service provider be sirected to correct the invoice by removing Rs. ***** alongwith the applicable GST and send me the revised bill so that the same can be settled;
*. The service provider be directed to discontinue and disconnect the services of Fixedline number : *********** / Broadband ID : ************_dsl with immediate effect. I would not be responsible for any charges hence after.
