Royal Club International - Inappropriate behaviour of staff due to which offer refused

I had this experience in Hazaribagh where they told us they were inviting us for dinner at Dolphino resort and a voucher because of reopening after corona... After I arrived at the hotel they didn't even ask for a glass of water forget about the dinner for which ther invited us... On phone they didnt even mentioned any pre condition for the dinner... I re iterate it was not about the dinner but the insult which I faced in front of my family... Never going to forgive this brand and they definitely lost a potential customer today as I travel due to my frequent business trips .. When they were telling about the offers I was pretty interested in it but through the rude behaviour I thought about it again and didn't took the offer... I warned the volunteer that it will show in their reviews and he seemed to not care about the reviews at all... I suggest everyone to refrain from this firm as they treat their potential customers like garbage... I reiterate myself it is never about the food but about the insult and behaviour of the staffs there. If anyone is reading this complaint plzz don't fall into their trap they have no respect towards their customers.
