Travel Triangle - Inadequate service delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have planned and booked our first trip after the wedding with a travel triangle and we have given the final dates for the trip well in advance so our trip will be packed well and it will be smooth without any flaws. We have booked the package trip when we are not aware of the destination and we thought that the travel adviser will surely plan for all possible uncertainty.

But unfortunately my trip got spoiled due to many reasons few of them I'm listing down:-

*) Trip advisor never informed us about online booking for ropeway which is also available from Joshimath to Auli , it was informed us on **/**/**, **:** PM, by that time the online booking got closed for **/**/** & **/**/**. Then the driver refused to take us to Auli from Joshimath (last **km) on **/**/** evening as "he is not skillful to drive in that tarren." We asked the driver in the morning (as we will be well aware of things) that we would get the ropeway ticket, he said tickets are not available but he can try to arrange at a cost of ****₹ extra. Although he was unable to arrange that. So after that I asked him to arrange a local cab (as we are forced to check out at **:** from Joshimath stay) which he arranged at cost of ₹**** (which is double then the normal charges). When we were going and reached Auli we observed that there was no jam & no ice issue on that day on the road and so many people were driving with their own vehicles as well as the taxis.

*) The stay in Auli was the worst stay ever in any stay of my life,
a) Most worst thing was that dew leaking inside the fiber Hut (R.No-***) which made the whole blanket wet in the minus temperature.

b) No power backup for heater which is ok in normal temperature but the dates we stayed it was minus ** degree centigrade (-**°C)

c)The most basic thing, "water" was never provided whenever we asked staff. They asked us very boldly to fill it from anywhere from the tap. As the temperature was mostly in minus so we asked for hot water which is rarely given and that's also not more than a tea cup size.

d) Rooms never cleaned in a * night stay.

e) Non of the toiletries provided ever.

One more thing I would like to notify you about, the hotel staff of Nanda View Resort consuming alcohol and hookah with guests before completing their job (cooking, serving...) which is not a professionalism. May leads to some mishappening some day.

We think these things are basic and should be there, we should not be forced to ask each and everything. We paid the asked amount of the package and expected to receive the service accordingly, which you are unable to deliver to even acceptance level.
