I have raised a service request for my air conditioner regarding improper functioning of the machine on LG official website and a confirmation of receipt was received in the regard. Their authorised service provider 'G.S Electronics, Hyderabad' personnel have contacted me in that regard and i have explained the issue. A service personnel was sent to my place and he examined the machine and said their was a gas leakage and the concerned team will address the issue. The following day two service men have visited the place and tried to repair the machine. After hours of work they have said there might be water damage due to rain and the machine has to be taken to their service centre for carrying out further repair. I have been explained about the transit expenses and i gave my consent. The following day they dismantled both the internal and external units and took them to their centre, later after a day they came back with the machine saying that the problem was solved, which actually didn't. Later, after hours of inspection they found it had some other issue and assured me that they would fix it the next day. Holding on to my patience, I have agreed to that. The next day they came and started repairing the unit and concluded that now the compressor was not functioning. ( NOTE: The compressor was in a good state on the other day while the service advisor examined and he confirmed no damage, even the two other service men repairing the machine also confirmed the compressor was intact and in good state) . Now, they ask me to shell out Rs.**,*** and get the compressor changed and gas filled. Besides, they can't assure any further issue from the machine even after that. Kindly, look into the issue and help me in this regard.
I tried contacting their service manager but he didn't respond.
