Respected sir,
i visited WWICS Amritsar branch in February **** and met Mrs.Sonia Sharma. She convinced me to apply for AIPP program according to her it was the best plan for me. I had made a payment of Rupees *****/- for that program. As she said i applied for WES and to university for transcription of my educational certificates. I had paid all fee by using my credit card i have all receipts.
but since i had applied for AIPP program Mrs.Sonia said this program is currently on hold by Canadian government. I said if the program is not in working then why i had paid an amount for that. But on last Wednesday i called Mrs.Jyoti Bali in Chandigarh office and Mrs.Sonia in Amritsar office and they both replied, the program is open but there in no NOC available for my occupation bcz i am a government teacher.
i just want to ask you by this mail that is it right if the program is not announced by the Canadian government and WWICS had taken amount of rupees *****/- from me without any confirmation from the government.
Now they are not refunding my amount and not giving any satisfactory reply regarding my case.
