WWICS Immigration Consultants - Services not delivered

I visited wwics mohali in **** in regards to student visa but due to gap i could not apply thereafter i got a call fromm Yuvraj sobti employee of wwics mohali that I should apply undr skilled cateogry.I had scored *.* bands in general ielts and was having * years experience then but i neither had relative there in canada nor any job offer so my points were not equivalent to the files which were being selected but still wwics employee yuvraj sobti on phone misguided me saying that company has got offer letters so rush and pay fees. I paid ***** by bank transfer and then i visited head office mohali and paid ****$ as settlement fund( for which i didnot receive receipt till now even after many mails demanding the same which was said to be sent through email) Inspite of having *.* bands and experience my case was not lodged.i had submitted all the documnts when i paid fees by hand.My wes evaluation was also done before i visited your office. Same fraudulent calls were made by him to many people who can witness that Yuvraj sobti had said same things to them too.



I called many times to Yuvraj Sobti but he never give any valueable answer.Till **** nothing was done in my case not even my case was lodged in express entry or any programme.I requested for refund. I was tourtured demanding pdf forms and all again nd again.

i did and now i got mail that my refund has been denied because of not submitting documents.

*) i hired your services if documents were not complete why fees was accepted? now you can deduct taxes and refund as you did nothing in my case not even filled any form.

*) i had complete documents before payment of fees i had submitted all documents copies on my first visit by hand And resume again by mail when i was asked to send again.

*) when i didnot get to canada why would settlement funds not to be returned as it was said that it wil be returned if case is rejected or taken back at any moment.

*) Agreement holds if yu do anything for me As the process was not initiated i am liable to get whole amount refund.
I request you to please look the matter and refund my hard earned money.
